Nathan Bransford challenged people to post their list of 100 favorite movies. The order is about right for the first few and then is pretty much equal for most of the rest. I should list The Centenarian Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared and A Good Day to Die Hard since I'm in them, but neither are out yet. I'm sure I'm missing some, too!

I appreciate that you distinguish between The Professional and Leon, the Professional. :)
ReplyDeleteCool list!
ReplyDeleteSave some of that for an upcoming blogfest...
I think we have a lot of overlap...
ReplyDeleteBryan, nothing beats people with great taste!
ReplyDeleteWe could watch a lot of entertainment together. Great list.
ReplyDeleteJust compiling that list must have taken some patience. I suppose making a list of 'just' your Top 20 would incur similar amounts of frustration - 'Does this one make it, or not?'
ReplyDeleteCan't argue with the majority of your choices - loving the fact you have Bladerunner up at #1, right where it belongs.
I think I've seen all of those except maybe ten. I could never put my favorite movies in order. It always depends on my mood. Road Warrior is one of my favorites, though. Don't think I saw that on the list.
ReplyDeleteGreat list, Ted! I don't think I'd be able to list that many and still be happy that I'd included all of my favouriteS!
ReplyDeleteJamie
L.G., The Road Warrior is there! It's at 43, though like I said, the actual numbers don't mean all that much past the top 10. And the ones from 90-100 could easily be swapped out for a number of other movies I really like. I toned down the horror choices, and there are loads of those that I really like.
ReplyDeleteSearching for Bobby Fischer! A favorite few have seen.
ReplyDeleteI see you completely cheated by grouping all the best ones (LOTR, HP, SW). Well played, Ted.
ReplyDeleteSo Ted, I can't wait to see the new Die Hard movie that is all over the television in advertising spots because I know you are in it! So excited! I hope I can spot you.
